Payment Policy
*We require A 100% Spa Retainer to reserve the spa service/services being booked as a wellness retainer fee for any scheduled spa appointment.
This will be collected on our affiliate website (Vagaro booking system in order to fully secure your appointment.)
Please be aware that 50% of the total Wellness Retainer fee will be forfeited on last minute cancellations (less than 24 hour notice) and “no show” appointments.
*We accept all major credit cards, cash options /Transfers and Gift Certificates , Vouchers as a method of payments for remaining spa service(s).*
